Business Manager Report
Reports for the Elementary Activity Fund, High School Activity Fund, Athletic Fund and the Cafeteria Bank Reconciliation will not be included in tonight’s reports. We have not received November bank statements as of this date. These reports will be brought up to date and will be included in the reports for the January 2008 Board meeting.
I’m working on submitting the eRate forms for the 2008-2009 school year. Form 470 will be submitted indicating the telecommunication services we plan to use for that school year. After waiting the required 28 days, I’ll submit Form 471 which has information regarding the vendors and pricing for those telecommunications services.
The 2008-2009 year will be different from past years. Since we will be using the IU for Internet and ES to HS connectivity, the IU will submit the eRate forms on our behalf for those services as a consortium. Therefore, I will not be including these services in our eRate submission.
